Perhaps a pre-cursor to Hurricane Rita, a Fork-tailed Flycatcher showed up at Hornsby Bend Wastewater Treatment Pond on 23 September 2005.  First discovered by Ingrid Huskey & Homer Rushing, a handful of other birds were able to see this juvenile as it hung out with Scissor-tailed Flycatchers and an Eastern Kingbird.
