Howard Laidlaw and I spent much of 20 November 2004 searching thru sparrows in the roadside grasslands on RM 2810, south of Marfa.  We were able to flush perhaps a dozen Grasshopper Sparrows, including this bird that posed long enough for me to photograph it.
